Walter Arader is a dealer in American and European works on paper and oil paintings, as well as Buddhist and Hindu art from the Himalayas, China, and India.

He has placed important works with institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, and museums throughout China, as well as with many of the most distinguished private collections in America, Europe, and Asia. He advises both museums and private collectors, and has worked closely with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Harvard Art Museums, the Yale University Art Gallery, and Stanford University Libraries, among others.

Mr. Arader holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford (2013), where he also completed doctoral coursework in Tibetan and Himalayan Studies. He is a member of the Art and Antique Dealers League of America (AADLA).
